Stephen got his start in the Leadlight Industry at the age of 12yrs working part-time after school; then a few years later he made Leadlighting a full time career - so this means Stephen has spent about 90% of his life Leadlighting, so he knows his stuff!! Currently Stephen oversees the direction of the business and is actively involved in the manufacture department - in other words "Back on the Bench," and thoroughly enjoying himself.
